Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Semolina
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1 cup Water
  • Salt
  • 1/4 tespoon Baking Soda

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl take the curd, water and semolina.
  2. Whisk them together.
  3. Cover and rest for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Add salt to taste.
  5. Add baking soda and rest for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Take a little batter and pour on pan.
  7. Cook on medium to high flame.
  8. Flip when you see little bubbles are formed and there is no more wet batter on top side.
  9. Cook both side until it is golden in colour.
  10. Now serve with your favourite sauce and enjoy!
