- 1 cup Semolina
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1 cup Water
- Salt
- 1/4 tespoon Baking Soda
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl take the curd, water and semolina.
- Whisk them together.
- Cover and rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Add salt to taste.
- Add baking soda and rest for 3-4 minutes.
- Take a little batter and pour on pan.
- Cook on medium to high flame.
- Flip when you see little bubbles are formed and there is no more wet batter on top side.
